
Scott is a senior leader within Scottish Widows, responsible for Workplace Operations within the Wealth & Insurance business. He leads a large-scale operation of 550 colleagues supporting workplace pension schemes, employers, members and trustees across the UK, with accountability for service performance, operational resilience, governance, complaints management, member experience and implementation activity. Most recently he has been heavily involved in the onboarding and day to day running of the LBG Pension Scheme into the Scottish Widows Master Trust.
With over 11 years at Lloyds Banking Group, Scott has held a variety of leadership positions spanning customer service operations, change delivery and workplace pensions. He has a strong track record of translating strategic objectives into operational results, leading organisational transformation, and delivering sustainable improvements in customer and colleague outcomes.
Scott plays a key role in the evolution of Workplace Operations, helping shape the future operating model while ensuring members continue to receive high-quality service and support. He is particularly passionate about simplifying customer journeys, improving digital experiences and creating the conditions for colleagues to perform at their best.
Alongside his operational responsibilities, Scott is widely recognised for his commitment to leadership, inclusion and colleague development. He has led several initiatives supporting diversity, social mobility and community engagement, and is an active advocate for creating inclusive workplaces where people can thrive. His contributions have been recognised through a number of internal and external awards, including being shortlisted for Ally of the Year at the Black Scottish Awards 2026.
