Andrew Palen

Andrew S. Palen is a Portfolio Manager for Royce Investment Partners. Mr. Palen manages portfolios that use the firm’s Small-Cap Multi-Discipline and Small-Cap Premier Quality strategies. He serves as a Portfolio Manager for Royce Small-Cap Fund and Small-Cap Trust, a closed-end fund, while also serving as Assistant Portfolio Manager for Royce Premier Fund, Royce Micro-Cap Fund, Royce Capital Fund—Micro-Cap Portfolio, and Royce Micro-Cap Trust, a closed-end fund. Prior to joining Royce Investment Partners in 2015, Mr. Palen was a Senior Analyst at Armistice Capital (2013-2015), and an Associate at Comvest Partners (2008-2011). He received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, with a double concentration in Finance and Accounting, from Georgetown University and a Master of Business Administration from Columbia University. Mr. Palen also served as a member of the Graham & Dodd Value Investing Program at The Heilbrunn Center of Columbia Business School.
